Gabriel McGaha is Lead Counsel at Federal Express Corporation (“FedEx”) where he litigates a variety of employment-related matters.  Prior to joining FedEx, Gabe spent more than a decade in private practice defending corporate clients against harassment, discrimination, and retaliation claims.  

Gabe served as a federal law clerk for former Chief Judge of the United States District Court for the Western District of Tennessee, Jon P. McCalla, where he assisted in the management of a variety of civil litigation matters.

Jillian Richmond is a Nashville-based healthcare operations executive with a proven track record of driving operational excellence and enabling others to succeed. Recognized for her people-first leadership style, she thrives at turning vision into reality by building scalable systems and guiding organizations through transformation. Jillian looks forward to applying these skills to develop and operationalize solutions within New Start Foundation, extending her passion for people and impact into meaningful service within the community. 

 Dr. Robin Hobbs is a board-certified pediatric dentist originally from Houston, Texas, and now based in Memphis, Tennessee. She is dedicated to educating children and teens on the critical connection between oral health and overall wellness.  Her practice philosophy centers on creating a positive, encouraging dental experience for every patient and family she serves. Beyond her clinical work, Dr. Hobbs is proud to serve on the board of the New Start Foundation, where she supports the Pediatric Dental Program to improve access to essential dental care. Her commitment to both her patients and her community reflects her belief that confidence and healthy smiles build healthier lives overall. 

Jeremy Churakos, a New York native now based in Memphis, Tennessee, is an operations leader in the aviation industry. He is deeply committed to giving back to those in need and seeking positive change. Jeremy is especially excited to serve on the New Start Foundation board to expand his impact and service within the Memphis community. 

 Brittainy Hall is a Principal Trainer at Kotter and a board member and advocate for women and youth. She helps organizations turn uncertainty into opportunity by guiding leaders to drive lasting change. Brittainy designs and facilitates learning experiences that equip leaders to translate strategy into action, build change capability, and operationalize vision across teams. With a Master’s in Organizational Leadership and extensive real-world experience, she works at the intersection of leadership, culture, and execution to create alignment, spark momentum, and sustain results. Her areas of focus include leading through change, driving organizational momentum, translating strategy into action, building change capability, and operationalizing vision. 

Kim Byrd is the Institutional & Educational Director for Olympic Career Training Institute where she has managed administrative and operational activities for the adult vocational school for the last 15 years.  She previously worked in financial services, investment banking and as an adjunct professor at LeMoyne-Owen College, Webster University and the University of Memphis.
