At the New Start Foundation, our history is rooted in a steadfast commitment to community development. Established with the vision of workforce development, transforming blighted areas within Shelby County, and fostering opportunities for the youth, we embarked on a journey to revitalize our community and create lasting positive change. Since our inception, we have provided job-skills training, acquired properties, ensuring the ability to implement effective rehabilitation strategies, and cultivating opportunities for our youth. Our mission is to empower individuals in our community to achieve stability and independence through job skills training and housing assistance.
